Well, I bought Bluetooth earphones, but over time one of the earbuds has become a bit loose due to a drop, and I wanted to know if I could use glue to fix it. If not, what can I do? PS: the earbud still works.

Hello,
There are no contraindications to using glue to repair headphones.
You just need to choose the right glue. A universal tube glue will do. Prefer those that mention plastic in the materials.
You shouldn't use too much to avoid it leaking everywhere, just a thin film in the area that corresponds to each of the separated parts.
In principle, you wait one to two minutes for the liquid glue to start solidifying, and then gently press the two parts together.
You can promptly wipe away any excess glue with a soft cloth.
Incidentally, I see no other methods than glue.
Best regards.
