Hello,
I just moved into an apartment equipped with RJ45 sockets in every room, and a technician came to install the fiber a few days ago.
However, when I plug an Ethernet cable to connect to my PC from the socket in the bedroom, the connection is not detected, and the same goes for all the other sockets except one in the living room.
I'm not very knowledgeable about this, so I haven't touched any connections since the installation.

Best regards

Hi,
everything seems fine ...
the first socket marked living room seems to be working, I assume there's a TV box on it.
The socket marked bedroom 1 is also connected to the box, so that socket isn't working, right?
When you want to test another socket, you need to place a patch cord like the two you have on the socket in question from the box.

Indeed, the TV box on this one is not working, and it's the bedroom 1 that is malfunctioning.
