I can't install the AZ launcher.

Hello, I recently reinstalled Windows due to a problem with my computer and after that, when I try to install the Az launcher, a few seconds after launching the installer, there is an error message: cannot execute Az launcher setup
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 84.0.4147.125

      Just right-click on the file and then click on "Run as administrator."
