I can't install a version of Az launcher.

Hello, I have a problem. I launch the Az launcher and it tells me it's on 1.9, so I'm going to download OptiFine and the version I want, but it's not working and I can't install a version it keeps putting me back in 1.9.

I want to install OptiFine 1.16.1 on the Az launcher.
