    Hello,

You need to be a bit more precise in your request:

1 - Provide your exact and complete configuration to find the information, Here is a pictorial guide just copy/paste the information in your next response.
2 - Specify what you want to download and how you have tried to achieve that before failing with this message.
3 - There is a "search" function on CCM and therefore on this forum that would have given you several answers, this type of error message being often mentioned. Come back with the requested information if you do not find a satisfactory answer using the "Search" function.

    Best regards

The current version (Office 2019) is not compatible with Sierra - macOS 10.12.6. You need at least High Sierra - macOS 10.13.6, the alert message is quite clear, it seems to me.

That said, if you subscribe to your subscription directly from Microsoft (not through the App Store), you should be able to access the download for Office 2016, which is compatible with Sierra:

Another option: upgrade your machine to High Sierra (all Macs compatible with Sierra are also compatible with High Sierra) or even Mojave, if your machine allows it...
