    Is it a transfer via cable or Bluetooth/Wi-Fi?
    The manual (multilingual) for your camera is here... https://www.crosstour.co/manual-drivers. You can download it. I found out that your camera is equipped with a microSD card.

    Hello
    the transfer is done via a USB cable
    and in fact when I connect the GoPro to the PC, it seems that the device is not recognized by the PC.
