Hello
An accent circonflexe on the letter "b"?.... That seems quite strange to me.... An accent circonflexe is placed on a vowel, not on a consonant ....
My mission is to pass the time and theirs is to kill me in turn.
We're perfectly comfortable among assassins. (E.Cioran)
Oh yes, I hadn't thought of that... for me, an accent is something related to literature, not geometry...
So while searching (diagonally), I found this:

Since Amos didn't respond, we will probably never know what he wanted.
If we want to do clean work, it's better to use LaTeX.
Certainly, it's not cheap and it requires effort to learn, but the result is incomparable.
Indeed, without clarification from the initial requester... we cannot put emphasis on the most suitable solution... ;-)
But, thank you for providing this additional clarification, as it can always be useful to anyone who wants to emphasize a consonant in this way...
