After a paper jam, after removing the jammed sheet, cleaning the printer by following the cleaning processes, and cleaning the interior with a cotton swab and alcohol, it's impossible to get this printer working again.
I downloaded the printer manual but could not find the error messages:
on the computer: 5200 and on the device: P 8.
Does anyone have a troubleshooting solution to suggest?
