Migration box Free: Retrieve the record list

Hello,

I have a Freebox Révolution. I record TV shows on an external hard drive. On the player and on the Freebox Android app, I can see the list of my recordings. I am going to replace my Revolution with a Delta box and a Pop player.
I know I won't lose my recordings (that was the point of the external hard drive).

Question: is there a tool that would allow me to back up the list of recordings and reinsert it into the new box? To have more user-friendly access to this list than just a list of files in a file explorer. It could also allow retrieving the recordings from Canal / TF1 / ... whose files are not visible.

P.S.: I'm pessimistic about a solution.

... and why wouldn't you leave your recordings on the external HDD?
If you had to change your box again due to an unsolvable problem, you would start transferring them again... What a waste of time and, above all, you might risk not being able to move them anymore.

I misspoke. Of course, I keep the recordings on the external hard drive. I would "simply" like to retrieve the LIST of recordings, the list that appears when you select Recordings in the Freebox menu. And so format a list readable by the Delta/Pop.
