Hello, I received my amplifier this morning, which I connected to the PC running Windows 10 via USB cable to enjoy the Boss Tone Studio software. Upon starting the app, I get the message "Device not found." In the PC settings, the Katana is detected, but the message says "driver unavailable." When I try to reload the driver from Boss Tone, I am told that the drivers are automatically installed during the product installation, and if I try again, I only get Readme files.

That's normal, it will save others from spending a whole day looking for the right tutorial on YouTube in English....????

In fact, I didn't have the right firmware on my amplifier and I hadn't loaded Boss Tone Studio for Katana MK 2. Since then, strangely, everything is working correctly and I'm having a blast with all the possibilities of this little toy.
