We ordered a sofa on the veepee website. It has just been delivered to us but half of the sofa is torn.. the delivery person left with the damaged half of the sofa.. I have filed a complaint with veepee.. still no news.. what should I do?????????????

    We ordered a couch on the veepee site.. It has just been delivered to us but half of the couch is torn.. the delivery person therefore left with the damaged half of the couch


    It is possible that the seller is waiting for the return of this couch to assess the damage before committing to replace or refund it .... ?
