Hello,
A little while ago, I changed my My Eyes Only password and everything was fine until then, but when I wanted to change it again on the same day, I changed it and set a secret phrase. Since it was way too long, I changed it again and set a secret code (4 digits), and since then my photos are gray; when you press on them, it doesn't work, and it can't be that the photos are deleted because when Snapchat deletes the photos from My Eyes Only, it shows "You have no snaps :(".
So I don't know how to fix this bug... Also, some photos have suddenly disappeared :(
