How to unlock the Toshiba TV menu

Hello, I have a Toshiba TV model 32W2433D. The menu is locked as well as all the buttons on the TV. I can only use the source and volume on the remote control.
The menu appears but it's locked, I'm really frustrated, I don't know how to unlock the menu. If you have a solution, please help. Thank you.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 83.0.4103.96

Unless I'm mistaken, this TV can no longer receive current TNT, so the easiest way is to connect an HD TNT adapter via the source input.

But yes, the menu exists; when I press the menu button, I see everything, but I can't access any option. For example, if I wanted to adjust the picture, I can't, or if I want to access the channel installation, I can't either. I can't access any settings in the menu. I can't even navigate. I see the menu, but I can't access any options. However, I'm certain that the TV has built-in DTT; it's a modern LED TV. The menu is completely blocked. Even if I use the DTT decoder, I can't search for channels because nothing works in the menu.
