Hello,
My headset has been refusing to turn on for 24 hours even though it's sufficiently charged. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 83.0.4103.97

    Hello,

    At 99%, it is not charging.

    The charger was not plugged into a working socket...?? Or it’s broken...?? Or the connector cable is cut inside... In short, all the good reasons for not charging... regardless of the headset.

    Thank you, but the headset charges via USB on the PC and I tried changing the cable, nothing works and when it's charging the charge indicator lights up properly. The headset works with a Jack connection, so I will continue like that.

    He charges but won't turn on to work via Bluetooth, the option for which I bought it, is that clearer?

      Hello,
      I am experiencing the same issue as you. The headset won't turn on, but when I plug it into USB to charge, the indicator light comes on, and it works with the jack plug. Did you find a solution to this problem?
