Pb fond d'écran bureau Regis59 HELP ME !!

Bonjour,
j'ai un sérieu problème sur mon bureau ... l'écran est partagé entre le fond d'écran que je voudrai avoir, et un bout de la page d'accueil de Google :s
A mon avis c'est un problème avec IE, étant donné que quand je fais le scan "Regis59" ^^ et bien le rapport est le suivant :
