Technical error tax declaration 2020

Hello,
I have been experiencing the same problem since Saturday. I am using Chrome and I tried on another computer, two other browsers but I keep getting the same message:

Due to a technical error, your online declaration has been interrupted.
The previously validated data has been saved.
You will be redirected to the homepage to continue your online declaration.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The phone service is also busy. I’m not sure if I am making a mistake or if there is a real problem with the tax website.

For my part, I received the following error message when I tried to complete my annex 2047 for Switzerland:

"Due to a technical error, your online declaration has been interrupted.
The previously validated data has been saved.
You will be redirected to the home screen to continue your online declaration.

I managed to get rid of this bug by unchecking the section "SWISS SALARIES: the 2047-Swiss form helps you calculate your taxable net in euros and make your mandatory reports (fill it out for the calculation and read the notice carefully for the reports). To access this form, check the box. Swiss pensioners: do not use the 2047-Swiss form reserved for employees."

I kept checked "Taxable wages, salaries, pensions, and annuities in France." then I clicked on next.
I then clicked on previous, checked "SWISS SALARIES..." again, and this time by clicking on Next, I did not receive the usual error message and was thus able to complete my annex 2047.

For your information, I contacted the tax office, and they told me that if the problem persists, I will need to submit an exceptional paper version by Friday, June 12, 2020.

This concerns your web server which has an issue with the synchronization of the 2047 form declarations with previous years due to the addition of new sections.

To fix the problem for those experiencing this issue,

1- You need to completely remove all attachments.

2- Complete the 2042 form thoroughly and sign it!

3- Return to the homepage of the tax website.

4- Click on "access the online declaration"

5- Then click on "Correct"

6- Fill out the form by adding the attachments you removed earlier "attachment 2047 and 2041 for those whose spouses work in France for withholding tax" and then sign the form.

There you go.

Furthermore, agents cannot intervene in your personal space: they do not know your password and cannot access it in any way.

Please restart entering the declaration, ensuring there is no connection issue with your setup.

I would like to ask a question: I see that apparently many of you have encountered difficulties regarding the 2020 tax declaration (as soon as I clicked the "file your online declaration" button, the error message appeared).

I have repeated the procedure several times, but nothing works; the error message still shows up.
Do you know if there is a paper version of the 2020 declaration that I can print?
Even if I have to do it by hand, why not :)
