Bonjour, j'ai installé, hier, advanced system repair pro. Comme il ne me convenait pas, je l'ai désinstallé. Pourtant, je reçois toujours des messages comme si il était toujours dans mon pc. Comment faire pour le supprimeer totalement. J'ai un windows 10.

    salut

    fait ceci et poste les rapports

    télécharge FRST de (Fabar) sur ton bureau --> clique ici

    PS: prends celui correspondant à ton pc (32 ou 64 bits) --> clique ici

    exécute le en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    à la fin du scan, les rapports FRST et ADDITION s'afficheront sur ton bureau et dans C:\FRST\LOG

    poste les rapports via cjoint --> clique ici

    quand le texte est copié/collé, clique sur "fichier">>"enregistrer sous" et choisi le "bureau" dans la colonne de gauche

    en bas de page, dans "nom de fichier", tape fixlist.txt et clique sur "enregistrer"

    exécute FRST et clique sur "corriger"

    quand la correction sera terminée, un fichier texte apparaîtra sur ton bureau, copie/colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse

    Bonjour, Je ne suis pas une experte en informatique. J'ai pu enregistrer le texte sur mon bureau mais lorsque tu me demandes d'exécuter FRST et enregistrer, je ne comprends pas comment faire.

    quand le script (texte) est copié, clique sur corriger dans FRST

    laisse la correction se faire avec FRST et redémarre le pc quand il te le sera demandé

    PS: si tu as 1 case avec RET2 qui s'affiche, clique sur OK

    quand le pc aura redémarré, tu auras 1 fichier FIXLOG sur le bureau, poste le via 1 copier dans ta réponse

    Quand j'ouvre FRST, le programme qui s'ouvre est celui avec lequel j'ai scanné. Je ne vois pas la case corriger.
