My photo doesn’t appear: YouTube

Hello,

I type the name of my channel in the YouTube search bar, I find my channel, and instead of displaying my photo, there is an "M". Yet, I have changed my photo in the settings. I have fixed the profile.
Do you have any idea?

      Oh really? I changed my photo yesterday around 8 PM. Do you think it takes that long? (P.S.: I only have one video.)

        It takes about a day (24 hours) for the logo to be acknowledged on YouTube.
