Lack of bass HyperX Cloud 2

Hello, I find that the bass is lacking on the Hyper X Cloud 2. Some people who have this headset assure me that they don’t have this issue, but I notice that the highs hurt my ears when the sound is loud. When I watch a stream of someone with the same headset as mine, I notice that they have bass present. I have to limit the sound of my games otherwise every high sound hurts me.

Hello,
Try this:
Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Click on your headset -> Properties -> Enhancements -> Equalizer -> Settings -> choose an equalization type that suits you (Pop, Live, Club, etc...)
