Neosurf on Neoconvert

Hello
I will explain my problem: 2 days ago, I bought 17 Neosurf codes of 10 euros each. I entered these codes on the NeoConvert site, which allows you to transfer money to your PayPal account within 24 hours, but they take 5%.
However, it has been over 48 hours now, and I have not received my PayPal transfer.
So I would like to know how to remedy this and if anyone has ever used NeoConvert to know if it is a reliable site.

    Hi, I did the same thing as you; I put my neosurf tickets (100 and 10). For me, it’s been more than 24 hours and still nothing. Did you get a transfer?
