Downloading addons is taking too long - gmod

Hello and good evening everyone, I bought a new PC that's more powerful than my old one. I installed Garry's Mod in just a few seconds since I have fiber, but the thing I don't understand is that when I open GMod, the addons take too long to download, and also for the servers, when I try to connect, the addons take too long to download.

    It all depends on the number of addons on a server and the size of the addons.
    Addons can vary based on their content.
    Often, the server starts downloading the addons as soon as you join so that it takes less than 30 seconds to 1 minute the next time you join the server.

    Option 1: Download the addons! If you download the addons, you can speed up the server loading! BUT! If you download way too many addons, you can barely play Garry's Mod because Garry's Mod doesn't support too many addons; it all depends on your PC.

    Option 2: Tutorial for optimizing Garry's Mod and Windows 10/8/7 files.
    This might speed up the download; I recommend checking out the optimization tutorials.

    And even with a PC worth over $5000, the download can be long.
    But it's true that if you have an optimal setup for Garry's Mod, loading times can take:

    3s/30s for solo (depends on the mode and the map)
    5s/10m and even up to 20m for multiplayer (also depends on the map and the mode)

    Multiplayer mode example:

    Zombie Infection: 8s/1m
