My JBL Xtreme 2 turns off by itself.

Hello,

I received a JBL Xtreme 2 speaker for Christmas 2019, and for about 3 months now, it sometimes turns off by itself for no reason, so I have to turn it back on. This happens often either when we are connected to two devices or just after playing a song.
It’s quite annoying, and I would like to know if it is due to something specific or if it’s a manufacturing defect.

    - Did you charge it correctly and fully?

    - Maybe you need to check that your speaker is not connecting via Bluetooth to another device.

      Just that you recharged it with the charger and not with the USB 3, it's a bit silly but I got a bit caught out.
