Black circle on the screen after latest iOS update

Hello,
After downloading iOS version 13.4.1 on my iPhone, a solid black circle with a diameter of 1 cm has appeared in the middle of the screen. It moves according to the orientation of the screen: in the center if the phone is vertical, and sometimes on the right edge, in the upper left corner, or lower right corner if the phone is horizontal. With each change in position, it can be seen moving and systematically passing through the center of the screen. It does not prevent navigation but is still annoying. I have turned off and restarted my phone but to no avail.
I have searched but have not found any similar accounts to my problem: do you have any idea what this might be and what I should do to fix it?
