Yuzu download issue

Good evening,

I just installed the Yuzu emulator on my computer, the download worked, but when I try to launch it, a window opens indicating:

"Cannot execute the code because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

So I deleted the file entirely from my PC and then reinstalled it, but this message reappears. I tried this method again but without success.
(I have a PC running Windows 10)
If anyone knows how to handle this, that would be great.

Hello, I was late and in trying to solve the problem myself, I deleted Yuzu and then reinstalled it. Now it tells me that the folder where Yuzu should be installed is not empty. I've searched everywhere but can't find any trace??
