Dear Sir or Madam,
As of today’s date, and unless there is an error or omission, our client, Interdate S.A., has not received payment for the amounts owed to them.
You indeed owe the principal amount of 149.70 Euros.
In order to avoid any inconvenience, we therefore invite you to regularize the situation as soon as possible by making payment to the order of: OVERLAND, referencing your file number (2* 0**9*2 ****):
By check: To be sent to: OVERLAND - BP 518 - 27205 VERNON CEDEX
By transfer: Crédit Agricole Normandie Seine 2 Bis Place d'Evreux 27200 VERNON
IBAN FR76 1830 6002 3210 8004 1700 139 - AGRIFRPP883
Secure online payment: https://overland.fr/vous-etes-relance/paiement-en-ligne/
If the claimed debt is not settled within 8 days, we are authorized to intervene in amicable and judicial recovery. You will thus avoid incurring significant costs that would be entirely your responsibility and generated by the legal proceedings that we will not hesitate to initiate.
For any questions, please contact your representative: Sacha at 02.32.71.60.04 or by email: redacteur@overland.fr
Sincerely,
Service Recovery
Sacha
Hello, I received this email today. I had signed up on a dating site and realized it was a scam, and I couldn’t cancel, so I reported my bank card lost to avoid any deductions.
Several months later, I received this email... Am I really at risk of legal problems if I don’t pay?
Thank you for clarifying this for me.

Hello
If you have a contract with this dating thing, theoretically in case of non-payment you can resort to Forced Recovery (Order to Pay..).
But frankly for such a small amount it would really be surprising if the site took you to court.. Nevertheless (and even worse..) you are likely to be 'harassed' by various agencies supposedly practicing amicable recovery.. Ignoring them is often the best option.
Between us, you didn't look too hard..:
impossible to cancel
It's stated in the T&Cs in Art. 6. You need to write to the address provided (In the 'Gare' area, which is not always recommended for 'dating', especially in the evening). Sending by Registered Mail is advised!!
See you+-

I did it, though not by registered mail, and I got zero response anywhere :/- Re:
Cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, which leaves a trace that can be opposed to the Creditor..
There, they will tell you that you didn't cancel.. Classic..
In my opinion, you can let them make noise.. Absolute silence, don't try to justify yourself, they don't care..
See you later!
