Epson SX400 Stylus printing error

Hello,
When I power on my printer I get the following error message: "Print error, turn off the printer, then turn it back on with the power button"
I have tried the operation several times but the printer still does not work, what should I do?

Hello,

One solution is to uninstall and reinstall the printer.
Drivers and software are available on Epson's website at the following address: https://www.epson.fr/support?productID=2781#product_search

Hello,

Before turning off the printer, cancel all the queued print jobs (in progress) on the computer.

Remove any stuck paper, wait a few minutes, and turn the printer back on.
Check the inside of your printer for foreign objects, etc...
