HP 8300 BIOS Update

I would like to update my BIOS on HP Compaq 8300 Elite. The problem is that I'm on Windows 10 and there is only Windows 8.1 64-bit available. I tried but it didn't do anything except restart the PC; my version didn't change, still K01 02.90, while I should have a version from 2019.
