Bonjours,
Mon PC est très lent pour ouvrir les pages internet (quand il les ouvre!), de plus, j'ai chopé un virus par clé usb, c'est la premiere fois je sais vraiment pas quoi faire. Peut etre que les deux sont liés ?

Merci, c'est sympa mais le probleme n'est pas résolu pour autant, je dois cliquer plusieurs fois sur une page pour y accéder, et au bout d'un quart d'heure je suis obligée de redémarrer.

Que faire...?

Bonjour,

fais-tu régulièrement des nettoyages de disque + défragmentations?

Crée un répertoire "hijackthis ", par exemple C:\hijackthis (Cela permet des back-up en cas de mauvaises suppressions)

Et poste un nouveau rapport stp.

faire ceci
Télécharger sur le bureau : [url=http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe]navilog.exe[/url]

= Double-Clic navilog1.zip
= Extraire tout ( ou extraire sans confirmation ou unzip)
= Double-Clic navilog1 qui est sur le bureau
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
= Choisir option 1 ( = taper 1 )
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes

le rapport se trouve dans c: fixnavi.txt

tu postes ce rapport.

2°) Télecharger [url=http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip]clean.zip[/url] sur le bureau
Dézipper sur le bureau.
= ouvrir le dossier clean
= cliquer sur le symbole roue dentée avec le nom clean
= choisir l'option 1 et laisser clean travailler jusqu'à l'apparition du texte "appuyer sur une touche pour continuer"
= copier et coller également le rapport dans la réponse

il fo mettre un anti pub et faire un nettyage de ton pc par c cleaner et spybot que tu peut télécharger sur télécharger.com ou meme aller dans google et voir la info actu tout é expliquer

le probleme, c'est que je n'accede plus a la page de comment ca marche.com mais les autres site ca passe. la je me connecte d'un autre PC pour dire ca.
J'essai de trouver deux pc en meme temps et une clé usb pour tranférer une page d'erreur que j ai copier pour vous la montrer.

Et sur mon pc j ai c cleaner + avast +adaware +kerio

Bonjour,
Formate ton pc et ta clé et réinstalle tout. Et y'ora plus de souci.
Un bon netoyage et sa repart.
