Hello
with "Family Sharing" and "Downtime", we can block the phone BUT the phone function.
As a result, my son can share a 4G connection (even though I've turned off the Wi-Fi on my router...) with an old mobile that doesn't have a SIM card to watch videos very late at night ;-(
Is there a way to remotely block this hotspot feature?

Hello, I believe I have found the solution to your problem. First of all, please note that you cannot block the "Settings" app, so here’s what you can do:
Go to Settings and tap on Screen Time.
Tap on Content & Privacy Restrictions. If prompted, enter your passcode.
Under Allow Changes, select "Cellular Data Changes" or "Mobile Data Changes".
