Strange texts "... is your instagram code"

Hello!
For the past few days, I've been receiving messages from several different numbers (mobile numbers starting with 06 or 07) that send me the following message at any hour (often in the middle of the night):
(6-digit code) is your Instagram code
Most often in English:
(...) is your Instagram code
The other day, a 07 sent me this:
Microsoft access code: (with a 4-digit code)
Just in case, I changed all my passwords, but is someone trying to hack me?
I'm a bit panicked, and I don't see anything about this online... Do you have any idea what this could be? Have you ever received this type of text?

I haven't received any links, just each time an SMS with an Instagram code, and I've also received two SMS for a Microsoft code as well
Knowing that I have already been hacked numerous times in the past, even after changing my password or email...
