Hello,
Fiber cable disconnected from a Bouygues pole can't do anything and neither can France Telecom. What to do?

    France Telecom has not existed for almost 7 years; it's Orange now.
    So,
    are you cut off or not?
    If your ISP is Bouygues and you're cut off, they need to contact the infrastructure operator. Depending on whether it's a dense area or not, it can vary greatly.
    As a first step, you can report it to the municipal services if there's no outage; they will likely know how to contact the owner of the infrastructure.

        your ISP can't do anything by itself, unless it is also the infrastructure operator.
        The town hall must know the infrastructure operator, otherwise they are useless.
        Your ISP Bouygues too, by the way, they must report the problem.
        But a cable that is hanging is also a safety issue for the roadway.

        For Bouygues, as long as everything is working, they can't do anything, they told me because for them there is no problem; it's been a month that this has been going on. And Orange has the monopoly, but Orange can't do anything because I called them, they were supposed to come on the 29th. I called them back and they told me I'm not an Orange customer.
