Toshiba TV stuck in hotel mode

Hello,
My Toshiba CT 90327 TV is locked both at the keyboard level and with the remote control.
I assume it is in hotel mode...
I have already tried several methods, including one that uses a menu button on the TV, but there isn't one.
Do you have any other solutions, please?

    The reference given is not for a television but for a remote control!
    For the television model, see the label on the back.

      Hi,
      I bought it in 2010 and I still have the manual that doesn’t mention this kind of situation at all... I can always call customer service, but for a TV this old, I’m not sure they’ll be able or willing to help me...
      Any other ideas?

      I contacted customer service, and they have no resources left regarding this model except for an email address that might be just as outdated :-(
      I still sent an email, you never know?
      I don't want to buy another TV for that...

        Thank you, but I had already consulted that answer.
        It provided a tip for Samsung and LG TVs...
        Thanks anyway, I just need to keep looking for other methods, so if you have any other ideas, I’m all ears ;-)

    Hello

    The hotel mode does not block the remote control, it limits access to the menu.
    Your issue is probably not that.

    Just in case, try unplugging the TV for 10-15 good minutes and then plug it back in.

      The remote control works but the TV won't come out of standby.
      I have already unplugged it and plugged it back in without success...
      Any other ideas?
