Cannot calculate an average of percentages

Hello,

I am new to Excel but I can still calculate averages and percentages.
I received a file and I am trying to calculate averages of percentages, but I see “#DIV/0!” in my cell.
I want to point out that the numbers have the % symbol. The cells and sheets are unlocked.

Can you help me?

I found my answer, I had to replace the dots with commas for the data.
