Hello,
I'm opening a new topic this time regarding another issue I'm facing with my computer (Windows 10) that I bought a few days ago. Indeed, it doesn't detect either my MP3 player or my mobile phone when they're connected via USB cable. Strange thing is, they do charge when connected... I want to clarify that this is likely not an issue with the USB ports or even my devices, which are recognized on another computer I own...
Do you have an explanation for this problem, and a solution to suggest?
Thank you very much in advance!

    Hello,
Windows 10 needs to download and install the drivers for these new devices itself; if it can't find them, a manual search must be done based on their model.

    Good evening to you,
Unfortunately, I absolutely did not understand what you were trying to tell me. In general, I don't think there's anything to do on my MP3 player or my phone because on my previous PC and on a second computer I currently own, they have always been recognized without me having to do anything :/

In order for Windows 10 to communicate with devices, drivers are needed.
    Which phone? Android, Apple, ...?

So, I'm still using an old model for my phone. It's a Ushining U182.
