Hello,
I have a Thomson 43UC6306 television that I've never had problems with until today. The sound has switched to headphones. When I increase or decrease the volume, it displays "headphones" instead of "speakers." I've tried everything and searched everywhere on how to switch the sound back to the speakers, but nothing works. I also want to mention that there is no decoder or channels; I only watch Netflix and YouTube, and I've never connected headphones to it.
