Hello,
We have several cables on our property that we need to relocate and take outside of our land. Orange is proposing to install a junction box on our property for all the connections in order to move the cables off our land, which I refuse because all the neighbors come to dig on our property due to problems with their lines or to install fiber.

Hello,
Are the cables currently above ground?
On poles or on the facade?
I would be very surprised if Orange decided today to bury the aerial copper pairs while they are going to eliminate all of that in the next 10 years.
Or is it the municipality that decides to bury everything under the public road?
