Problem inserting lines

Hello,

I want to insert rows in an Excel table or move rows.
And while it used to be possible, it's no longer the case, with the following message appearing:

“To prevent data loss, Excel does not move non-blank cells outside of the worksheet. Select another location to insert new cells or delete data at the end of the worksheet.
If no data can be moved outside of the worksheet, you can set the cells that Excel considers non-blank. To do this, press CTRL + END to locate the last non-blank cell in the worksheet. Delete that cell as well as all those between the last cell and the last row and last column of data, then save your workbook.”
PS: I don’t know what a non-blank cell is???

THANK YOU

Hello,
I had the same issue.

Just by closing the doc (and completely closing Excel) and then reopening it, my "CTRL +" and "CTRL -" were back.

CTRL + END did indeed take me to line 445000 (something like that) while my doc only has 90 lines.

Thank you, you really saved my life. I spent an hour looking for a solution when it was very simple; thank you once again.
