Hello, I am on Windows 8.1 - my Philips BDP2180 DVD player is no longer responding - when I plug it in, the TV screen indicates Insufficient or Weak Surface - and nothing else appears - could a specialist help me please - looking forward to your response, thank you.

    What is the connection between Windows 8.1, your BD/DVD player, and the TV?

    Is your player connected directly to your TV, do you see an image or a menu that appears?

    Is there a DVD or a BD in the player when the message appears?
