Hello,
I think there are a few small issues at the moment.
I have also encountered this problem and others.
Some messages go directly to my email inbox instead of the Bon Coin messaging system. Do you know if there's now something to check so that it stays on the Bon Coin messaging system? If we reply, people immediately get the email address....

Hello normally email addresses are never shared by LBC if you receive a reply it is through the BC then you can respond directly if you wish

I have the same issue, the person sends me a message that I do not receive. If I also send a message, it is not received

Go check Trustpilot, you're not the only ones having issues with LBC. And customer service doesn't get involved, doesn't respond! I encourage you to leave a review, maybe they'll finally react!
