Encarta has not been developed and therefore not marketed for 10 years, it can no longer be found on the publisher Microsoft's website. If you purchased it, you should have the DVDs that allowed you to install it. For more information, contact Microsoft at 01 85 14 81 59 from 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Also see this page.
