Everything is explained in the title, I even created a new account thinking it was my phone but on a new account the feature is available...
It must now have been a year since I've been waiting despite my numerous attempts to contact Instagram.

Hi, I’ve always been able to repost posts using the paper airplane and put it in my story, but I recreated a professional account on January 1st and strangely, I don’t have that option? On my old account, it’s still there. I’ve sent several emails, it’s still the same since January 1st???? I don’t know how to help you, but you’re not the only case.

I have the same problem... With another account I could reshare, but with my current account I can't... It's not my phone, but my account that doesn't have access to this feature... I don't know if it has changed for you since then. I've reported the issue multiple times, but nothing changes...
