Hello,

I have a problem with Windows 10: now, when my computer starts, the desktop appears and there is always the same error message "smBootTime.exe seems to be corrupt." My desktop is "flickering" when I try to open a window. I can't access my files. I can go online, but sometimes the window closes, and I have to reopen it.

I have already tried to resolve this issue via the task manager and SFC, but nothing works.

Does anyone have a solution?

    Hello,
    You should have the Advanced System Care software installed on your PC; if so, uninstall it using RevoUninstaller.

      Hello, thank you for your response.

      I uninstalled Advanced System Care and I no longer have any error messages.

      However, my computer is still "flickering" and I still can't open my files or download any programs from the internet. The clock also shows an hour delay every time I start my PC.
