Unregistered class

Hello,
I have a problem with Windows 7 and Office Pack.
When I try to save a new document (Word, Excel, or another) from the Office Pack, I can't save it in my documents (the shortcut to the library); I get the error message "unregistered class." However, I can save it if I go through C: user: my docs.
Weird!!!
I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the library, Windows, or Office Pack.
Do you know this issue? Have you encountered it before?
