Tele Edenwood
Hello,
I bought an antenna that I connected to my Edenwood TV, but on my TV, I only have the following sources: BACK AV, HDMI1/2, YPBPR, VGA/PC, and W.Display, and I don't know which source to use to receive the channels, I have tried everything! Thank you
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.0.4

Hello,
If I understood correctly, this television is not connected to a collective or individual aerial of the type antenna, but to an indoor antenna.
Are we right in this case???
If so, it should be noted that indoor antennas only work when the transmitter is close and in sight, which is 99% of the time never.
Edit: Has a channel search been done on this antenna?

Hello,
What is the full reference of this TV?

This TV does have a built-in HD TNT tuner, you should be able to connect to "antenna" and perform an automatic search.
Unless you missed something during the initial setup.
Do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu), but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings. And don't forget to specify the language and country.

Hello Marie.
Yes, we completely understand.
As Andy31200 mentions, do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial setup" (see menu).
Check afterwards if the TV source appears.
