My flames are not showing on my mobile.

Hello,

I had a problem with Snap. I installed the latest version of Snap and everything has been fine since, except that my flames disappeared. I asked my friends what the number of flames I had with them was, and they are still there... And that was the case, they are there. So that means it's Snap that isn't working on my mobile. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and... it didn't change anything. Now I don't know what to do. But I still make my flames blindly, so to speak, because I make the flames but I can't see them.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 76.0.3809.111

    And how do I do to make my flames because even the hourglass doesn't show up. How will I know that I'm losing my flames because my friends I know will alert me, but those I don't know?
