rather a crappy site,
No terms and conditions, which are mandatory.
Legal notices are almost blank.
No physical address.
And so on and so forth.

It's before making a purchase that one gathers information.

In short, stay away.

Maybe yes or maybe no, it's Russian roulette with this type of site. And if you do receive something, the quality is not necessarily guaranteed.
