Hello,

I don't know which forum to post this request on... so I'm landing here...

I am looking for a user manual for the Ferroli radiator
Type 17EV5 model 17EV506N.

It is emitting alarm beeps and we don't know why; without the manual, we can't find any answers.
As a result, we have to turn it off for the noise to stop... so no radiators... no heating...

Searching online leads directly to paid sites of which I do not know the reliability.

I tried the free sites suggested by one of your articles, but that yielded nothing.

If you have this manual or a reliable way to find it, please reply to me; it's urgent,
we're in December, and a 2-month-old baby lives in this house.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

1- Use the warranty if possible.
Or ask the store where you purchased it.

2- ELECTRIC RADIATORS WITH DIGITAL ELECTRONIC CONTROL TYPE 17EV5. Aluminum radiators with heat transfer fluid

Download/save the PDF
This is a common manual for these devices.

3- The Transcription
See article 5 PROBLEMS AND BREAKDOWNS.

Details of the manual:

4- Pilot wire at fault?

5- Any feedback on this page
It is important to know that regarding the heat transfer fluid, it is necessary to change the seals for safety every 3 to 5 years, as well as the heat transfer fluid, because it gradually loses its effectiveness due to its elasticity, and if it is not changed, we progressively consume more and more.

Good luck.

Thank you.
Actually, I forgot to mention that the problem probably doesn't come from the radiators but surely from the electrical network because there are 3 of them, not connected to each other except through electricity, and they started beeping at the same time. We would like to know why it's beeping and how to stop these incessant beeps.
So the warranty would be useless, especially since it's expired (the devices are over 4 years old).

The answer doesn't seem to be in the manual...

Thank you for your help.
