      Hello Edawards. Thank you for your reply and the link, I have the same manual and nothing works, I'm giving up, I don't understand anything at all, it tells me to press buttons that I don't have, it's not from my generation but thank you anyway.

      Hello,

      Is the TV still under warranty?

      If so, you will need to take the invoice and talk to customer service about the issue, and if they give the same response, then the TV has a problem.
