Hello,
On a laptop (running Win 7) purchased 4 years ago, I have an Intel HD Graphics 4600 graphics card that generally satisfies me.
A month ago, I acquired a desktop PC (running Win 10), with a Nvidia Geforce 210 graphics card.
When I watch movies or videos on my desktop PC, they tend to pixelate, freeze, restart, freeze, restart, etc. during playback. This phenomenon does not occur with my laptop.
1- Is this problem due to the graphics card or something else?
2- Is the Intel HD Graphics 4600 more powerful than the Nvidia Geforce 210?
3- Can you recommend a graphics card that is more powerful than both of these, at an affordable price (I don't play video games, but I create 1.5/2-hour-long slideshows using Pinnacle Studio 19 and therefore need a card that is well-suited)?
Thank you in advance for your advice.

What would you like to know specifically? The 2 PCs run on 64 bits. Intel HD Graphics 4600 runs on Windows 7 and Nvidia Geforce 210 on Windows 10.
