Hello,

The office laptop can be under a VPN.
It is using Cisco AnyConnect.

In Cisco, I have entered my code: it is correct, there is no doubt about that.
I click connect ... but it does not connect me.

I have the following message:
The VPN connection failed due to unsuccessful domain name resolution.

Do you have any idea why?

P.S.: I tried 2 Wi-Fi networks:
- the mobile hotspot from my phone (Free)
- the box (Bouygues)

Thank you

Configuration: Android / SamsungBrowser 10.1

    Hi,
La connexion VPN a échoué en raison d'une résolution de nom de domaine infructueuse.
What is the connection address of this VPN?

    Hello

The configuration of your VPN client (professional) must be set up with the information provided by the network administrator.
Given the error message, something is missing or incorrect.

Check the properties of the VPN tunnel and verify with the network admin or compare with those of a colleague.

    Best regards

And if everything is correct and verified, there may be a restriction due to the operator, but that would be surprising.

    It has been corrected.
It was a certificate installation issue.
